Building Strong Alliances for Lasting Impact

At Dubois College, we believe in the power of collaboration to create transformative educational experiences, career opportunities, and economic empowerment for our students. Our Partnerships of Purpose initiative is designed to connect students, faculty, and communities with organizations, businesses, and institutions that share our commitment to equity, education, and economic advancement.

We are actively developing strategic partnerships with:
Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to ensure seamless credit transfers and academic collaboration.

Black-owned businesses and corporate partners to provide internships, job placement, and entrepreneurial support.

Community organizations and nonprofits to enhance leadership training, mentorship, and civic engagement.

Technology, finance, and healthcare industries to align educational programs with workforce demands and real-world skills.

Public and private funding organizations to sustain our tuition-free education model.

Through these collaborations, we aim to equip students with the knowledge, networks, and resources to achieve financial independence, career success, and community impact.

Our Areas of Partnership

  1. Higher Education Collaboration

We are working with HBCUs and other institutions to create pathways for degree completion, faculty exchange, and student research opportunities.

Our goal is to increase access to advanced degrees while ensuring students have transferable, high-quality credits.

  1. Workforce Development & Internship Programs

We partner with corporations, small businesses, and entrepreneurs to provide hands-on learning experiences, apprenticeships, and career pipelines.

Students gain practical experience in industries such as finance, business, cybersecurity, media, and healthcare.

  1. Business & Entrepreneurship Initiatives

Dubois College is committed to supporting Black entrepreneurship by collaborating with economic development organizations, venture capital firms, and Black-owned enterprises.

We provide students with business mentorship, startup incubators, and access to funding to launch and grow their own ventures.

  1. Community Engagement & Social Impact

We align with nonprofits, advocacy groups, and local leaders to create programs focused on civic leadership, financial literacy, and community-building.

Our partnerships ensure that education leads to tangible improvements in our communities.

  1. Funding & Scholarship Development

We are seeking funding partners, philanthropists, and grant providers to support our mission of tuition-free education.

These partnerships help sustain student scholarships, faculty development, and innovative program expansion.
