At Dubois College, our mission is to revolutionize higher education by providing a tuition-free, accessible, and culturally relevant learning experience that empowers all our students, but especially Black students to achieve academic success, financial independence, and social impact.
We believe that education is not just about degrees—it is about empowerment, economic mobility, and generational wealth-building. Dubois College was founded to eliminate systemic barriers to education, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive, lead, and uplift their communities.
Our institution is built on the legacy of W.E.B. Du Bois, a scholar, activist, and visionary who championed education as the key to Black liberation. Inspired by his work, Dubois College is dedicated to:
