Dubois College Semester Payment Plan

To ensure that students can afford their education, Dubois College offers a flexible semester-based payment plan. This allows students to spread out their course assessment fees over the semester instead of paying the full amount upfront. The goal is to make tuition-free education even more accessible by offering manageable payments.

How the Payment Plan Works

Students can enroll in the payment plan at the beginning of each semester and divide their course assessment fees into monthly or bi-weekly installments. This plan ensures that students can focus on their education without financial stress.

Payment Schedule Options

Option 1: Monthly Payments
Students can divide their total semester course assessment fees into 4 equal monthly payments. Payments are due on the 1st of each month during the semester.

Option 2: Bi-Weekly Payments
Students can choose a bi-weekly payment schedule, making 8 smaller payments throughout the semester. Payments are due every two weeks.

Sample Payment Plan Breakdown

For a student taking four courses in an undergraduate program (total assessment fee: $560 per semester), the payment plan would be:

Monthly Plan Example:

  • Month 1: $140
  • Month 2: $140
  • Month 3: $140
  • Month 4: $140

Bi-Weekly Plan Example:

  • Week 1: $70
  • Week 3: $70
  • Week 5: $70
  • Week 7: $70
  • Week 9: $70
  • Week 11: $70
  • Week 13: $70
  • Week 15: $70

Eligibility for the Payment Plan

All students enrolled in a degree or certificate program are eligible. Students must opt into the plan before the semester begins and make their first payment upon enrollment.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made using major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Western Union, or cryptocurrency (Bitcoin or Ethereum).

Late Payments & Policy

Students must make payments on time to remain in good standing. A grace period of 5 days is allowed for late payments. If a payment is missed, students may be placed on a temporary academic hold until payments are brought up to date.

Why Choose the Semester Payment Plan?

This plan allows students to budget their education expenses more easily while still progressing toward their degree. By offering affordable and flexible payment options, Dubois College remains committed to providing accessible, high-quality education for all.
