Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN to BSN)

The RN to BSN program at Dubois College is a dynamic and equity-focused pathway designed for
licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) seeking to elevate their clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and
cultural competence in healthcare. Grounded in the college's values of Education, Empowerment,
Equity, and Excellence, this program emphasizes the intersection of professional nursing practice
with community health, social justice, and cultural humility.

This 100% online and tuition-free program is tailored to accommodate working nurses and builds on
existing nursing foundations to develop advanced capabilities in evidence-based practice, health
disparities, public health, nursing leadership, and Black community health outcomes. The curriculum
not only prepares nurses for advanced clinical roles but also champions the importance of
advocacy, research, and holistic care.

Graduates of the RN to BSN program are well-prepared to pursue leadership roles, specialize in
community-based care, or advance into graduate-level education.
