Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA)
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Dubois College is an immersive, culturally
conscious, and professionally rigorous undergraduate program designed to develop future business
leaders and changemakers. Aligned with the college's mission of Education, Empowerment, Equity,
and Excellence, this program integrates traditional business education with a deep understanding of
the socioeconomic forces that shape the Black community and global markets.
Students will gain a robust foundation in business fundamentals such as management, accounting,
marketing, and strategic leadership. The curriculum is further enriched with specialized training in
Black enterprise development, entrepreneurial innovation, and financial literacy, ensuring graduates
are equipped to lead with vision, ethics, and social responsibility.

economic empowerment in underserved communities, graduates of the BSBA program will be
